Nate Pedersen is a freelance journalist, academic librarian, and writing tutor who lives in Bend, Oregon.  He often writes about old books, old roads, and old holidays.

He is a contributing writer at Fine Books & Collections magazine, where he frequently writes for their blog.

He is married to the young adult author  April Genevieve Tucholke.  Her debut novel, BETWEEN THE DEVIL AND THE DEEP BLUE SEA, is coming out in summer 2013 from Penguin (Dial).

Nate is a member of the Mystery Writers Association of America.
